DynaGraft II, dbm in reverse phase medium putty & gel
DynaGraft II is a powerful combination of demineralized bone matrix (DBM) in a reverse phase medium. This advanced formula contains more DBM, yet the same excellent handling and graft containment characteristics that separated DynaGraft from the competition. The unique reverse phase medium becomes more viscous at body temperature, but less viscous at cooler temperatures. Therefore, it is malleable at operating room temperatures, but stiffens when placed in the operative site. This allows the DBM to be contained at the graft site with minimal loss through irrigation and suction.
Dynagraft II features

-
Increased DBM, known for its ability to stimulate new bone formation.
-
Every lot of DBM used in DynaGraft D has passed a validated in vitro assay ensuring it is osteoinductive.
-
Exceptional graft containment.
-
Excellent handling characteristics - moldable, packable and resists irrigation.
Available ready to use in a putty (1.0, 2.5, 5.0 and 10.0 cc vials) or gel (1.0, 5.0 and 10.0 cc syringes)
DynaGraft II Clinical Applications
DynaGraft II is designed to promote natural bone formation by stimulating the proliferation and transformation of mesenchymal cells to osteoblasts. DynaGraft D can be used in any area where bone formation is desired, including:
-
Autograft supplementation
-
Osseous deficits
-
Autograft backfill
-
Spinal fusion (with appropriate fixation)
-
Inlay/onlay graft interface (non-structural)
