Titanium screws

Titanium screws self-drilling and easy pick-up cross slot design.
Mini 2.0 mm (not self-drilling) for bone block fixation and emergency (4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 mm)
Mid 1.6 mm for small bone block fixation (3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 mm)
Micro 1.4 mm for membrane and mesh fixation (3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 mm)

 

Titanium Wide Head Screw

Wide head design is well suited for GBR mesh and membrane. It is made of grade 5 titanium alloy (ASTM F 136).

 

Titanium Tenting Screw

Designed to create and maintain the space for graft.
The tenting screw and the cap screw are made of
grade 5 titanium alloy (ASTM F 136).

 

Titanium tacks

Titanium Tacks 3 or 4 mm long in 5 packs with barb.
The unique head design with a circular tack-driver interface  eliminates the need to line up the interface design. 
This type of interface, along with the offset driver design, allows for clear visualization during tack placement.

Titanium mesh

Titanium Micro Meshes
The Micro Mesh is extremely flexible allowing free-fitting, even to irregular surfaces. 
The main advantages of this biological membrane are: 
Stability: It is strong and thanks to its titanium structure, it sutures easily with excellent suture retention all around.
Flexibility: It is a soft, flexible and elastic material, that is easy to handle and that adapts to local conditions.
Biocompatibility: It is made of titanium and does not cause adverse tissue reactions.
Bioactivity: It acts as a scaffold for the formation of new bone. 

Meshes are 34 x 25 mm and are available in 0.1 or 0.2 mm thicknesses.

 

Titanium Fixation Mesh

The fixation mesh, made of grade 1 pure titanium (ASTM  F  67), is an alternative to a membrane. Dental implant and GBR can be done at the same time easily. Unnecessary edges can be cut.

 

Horizontal and Vertical Smooth Bending Mesh

Horizontal and vertical bone volume augmentation of implant sites using guided bone regeneration with a mesh, made of grade 1 pure titanium (ASTM F 67). Excellent bone formation and spatial retention for stable implant. Extraordinary  exibility with thin thickness. Suitable for multi-case. Pre-cut design enables to make desired shape easier. Bone screw is required for fixation.

 

Mesh Puncher

This punch is designed to punch 1.5 mm diameter holes where you need them in titanium meshes. Simply align the mesh and punch pin to the desired hole location and apply pressure to create the hole.
